Community Mural Unveiling Event

On Friday, June 2, 2023 at 12:30pm the Comox Valley Child Development Association (CVCDA) will be hosting a Community Mural Unveiling Event. Join us as we unveil a new, large format (10’x20′), mosaic mural outside of our downtown Courtenay offices at 237 Third Street. The unveiling ceremony will be open to the public along with a number of invited special guests. Following the unveiling, the CVCDA will host a celebration to include food, live music, kids activities and more. BBQ lunch will be available for purchase prepared by the Rotary Club of the Comox Valley. As seen at the annual CVCDA Children’s Telethon, the Kenny Shaw & Valorie Duo will be performing live throughout the event. Kids stopping in can enjoy a bouncy house, face painting by Amy Louise and our outdoor play space.
