$1,300 · ISO: 1 Bedroom/Bachelor Suite

Hello! My name is Tana and I am looking for a new home. I am open to having my own place or with roommates - I am easy going! I work full-time at a veterinary hospital in Comox and I currently commute from QB so I am open for anything in between. My maximum budget is $1300 if everything is included and it is closer to my job, but I may be open to something slightly more expensive if it is the perfect fit. I am a very quiet, reserved, responsible, and tidy tenant where I do not smoke or party. I do have one small indoor kitty (not the one pictured) who is well behaved and walks outside on a leash. He really gets along with dogs so there is no concern there. I have numerous reliable references to prove that I am a responsible tenant that owns a pet, and I am obviously willing to pay a pet and damage deposit.
