This 1987 mid size cruiser racer has the amenities you're looking for and is the sweet spot in terms of size when it comes to sailing on the lake or exploring the coast. I'm moving to a larger boat and am selling my beloved CS 30. Typical Canadian Sailcraft boats maintain their high value and are noted for being quality built, safe, nimble and stable. Please check out the YouTube Video of a similar boat to see what it looks like inside. https://youtu.be/DiIuOBHmtEI The designed the CS 30 is fairly light at 8,000 lbs., but has a 10 ft beam and lots of weight down low; the 43% ballast ratio and the keel will draft of 5’6”. This is a well-maintained boat with great sailing performance and was a history of being sailed on fresh water inland lakes. Amazingly practical accommodation layout makes this boat ideal for a family. There’s a good inventory of sails, standing headroom, wheel steering, marine head and shower, LED lights and sun bimini. Deck layout is well planned; with lines leading aft over the cabin, furling headsail and lazy jacks for easy sail handling for "single handed" or couples. Powered by an inboard robust 18 hp inboard Volvo diesel and feathering prop. Note that if this classified is up then the boat is still available. Also it is a freshwater boat and located in the Okanagan.
