This trailer is a rear bedroom model with a full size real queen mattress. Open living area with corner kitchen, good sized bathroom and shower. Vinyl plank flooring throughout. Non smoking senior owners - no pets or cooking inside in last 5 years. Complete new awning system in August 2018 (insurance), 4 new tires, brakes and bearings serviced at that time. Trailer has been on the island since August 2018 - previously in southern interior used as vacation home. Always winter stored under cover. 2 new 30 lb propane tanks.
