CDA position open at our boutique dental clinic (Victoria BC)

Seeking an experienced and personable CDA to join our vibrant Oaklands Dental team in Victoria, BC! Monday through Thursday - no weekends or evenings. We are a small but busy, supportive, authentic and fun office www.oaklandsdental.ca. We can wholeheartedly say that we've got an amazing team and take pride in providing a high standard of dental care in a friendly and relaxed environment. We have a lot of fun! You'll get to assist on a variety of procedures, including lots of Invisalign and implant cases. We are paperless, and always updating, adding new equipment (digital scanner, CBCT) and actively improving. We have regular staff and sub-team meetings and team gatherings. We offer a fantastic comprehensive benefits package for you and your family; a uniform allowance; competitive wage, and we close the office approximately 6 weeks a year. The right CDA for Oaklands is focused on the best possible patient experience; has the ability to connect and communicate with patients; has a positive, friendly disposition; takes initiative, and loves being part of a team. We would prefer applicants with at least one year of experience as a CDA. However, we would be willing to train the right person if they have recently obtained their CDA certificate/license! We are looking for a late June or early July start, but we can discuss revising the start date.
