Campbell River Family Services Society Resource Enhancement Counsellor Campbell River Family Services Society has a vacancy for a Resource Enhancement Counsellor. This is a regular, part-time (21 hours per week - .6 FTE) position until March 31, 2020, then 17.5 (.5 FTE) hours per week. The Resource Enhancement Counsellor provides support services to approved MCFD caregivers that includes educational, consultative and child and youth behaviour strategies to foster parents involved in providing residential care to children and youth in their homes. Qualifications required for this position include: degree in a related human/social service field; one (1) year recent related experience or equivalent combination education, training and experience. This position is required to work in a stressful environment, on an outreach basis, outside the organization?s facilities and often dealing with clients in crisis situations. This position requires union membership. Wage per current collective agreement. This position is open to male and female applicants. Vehicle required for the performance of duties.
