We are selling our beloved camper. Details: * 2000 Chevy Express 1500 V6 4.3L engine. * Odometer is approximately 214,000 km. * We are third owners, and have had it for just over two years. The original owner camperized the van and added the following: * Independent electrical system - both 12V and 115V circuits which are powered by two deep cycle batteries in parallel. Batteries are charged with standard RV hookup, which also powers the 115V system directly when plugged in. Additionally the system has a charge controller and inverter. No, the alternator does not charge this system. * Propane heater - this thing is amazing, and on a cold or wet day turns the van into a cozy comfort. * Ventilation - ceiling exhaust fan with hatch to avoid moisture and odor build up. * Water - there is an interior water tank hooked up to a small pump and faucet, but a basin and drain were never installed. * Fridge - small 12V thermoelectric cooler that can run continuously for a few days before needing to charge. No accidents, receipts for build meticulously kept. We had some mechanical work done including valve and gasket replacements. We also had new custom roof racks installed for long trips, done professionally by 'Rack Solid' in San Francisco. Front rotors and brakes were just replaced. Serpentine belt also just done. No rust. Issues: - crack on front wind shield - could use some new tires soon - interior wall could use some work, either replacement or some attention If you have any questions that are not addressed above please reach out.
