Creative Salmon Site Manager Creative Salmon Co. Ltd. is Canada's first certified organic farm salmon producer raising Pacific Chinook salmon at four farm sites in Clayoquot Sound near Tofino, B.C. We are seeking a full-time Site Manager. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Site Manager will have, at minimum, 2 years hands-on aquaculture experience and will be responsible for leading the farm team in all site activities including coordinating and directing crew; Human Resources activities; supervising feeding, inventory and data; fish husbandry; directing harvesting; ensuring adherence to all policies; problem solving and trouble shooting. Creative Salmon is not camp-based. The shift is 5-days-on and 2-days-off. Competitive salary commensurate with experience and a comprehensive company-paid benefits package.
