If you see this ad then I still have the camper, so let's skip that step. I've been living in Turtle throughout the lower mainland for the past year but I'm going to Asia indefinitely and it's time to find him a good partner. I am on the mainland right now but will be making multiple trips to different parts of the island over the next couple weeks. He's always been stored during winters (very minimal rust on body and zero in wheel wells), except for last winter when I was living in it...rent free :) He's never had a leak and there's no mold - they don't make them to last like this anymore. I'm 6'2" and there's another inch to spare without rubbing your head on the roof.
5.9 liter 360 engine, 19.5 feet in length, 129,000km on the original body and 8,000km on a rebuilt engine. He didn't even need a new engine but thanks to an incompetent mechanic he got one. Turns out it was just the carburetor. While the engine was out I basically replaced everything and spent $6000 on it (have all receipts). All brakes were completely redone as well. He runs great and everything works perfectly - small oil leak which is common in older dodges. He's ready to travel around the world. I've put 20,000 km on it in the last 15 months that I've had it, including a trip to the Yukon.
Double sink, 3 way fridge/freezer, 4 burner oven/stove, cruise control, propane heater for cabin with thermostat, 2000 watt inverter, 100w solar panel, dual batteries (house battery charges fully in about an hour of driving, or if the sun is out you have all the power you need), roof fan and range hood, wet bathroom with shower, sink and flush toilet, and grey and black water tanks. I reinforced the rear suspension which has a lifetime warranty as well as installed a trailer hitch to carry my motorbike (will throw in motorcycle carrier if you want it). Will sell bike as well for a discounted price if you want both :)
Right now I took out the table and have a single mattress there instead. I still have the table and cushions. The upper queen bed is being used as a storage area, as you can see from the pics.
Has a great sound system with sub woofer.
Really cozy for one person to live in rent free as I've done for the last year - fits in any parking spot.
