Last year, I purchased an Ironman Inversion Table as a therapeutic aid for my lumbar back pain. I was subsequently diagnosed with lumbar spinal stenosis and underwent a spinal fusion on my lumbar vertebrae. I was advised by my neurosurgeon that an inversion table was not a good idea, so I am putting it up for sale. These tables are an excellent therapy for a number of back ailments. Also, this particular Ironman model has a built in heat function that heats your lumbar spine while you are inverted. This particular inversion table is a sturdy, well built unit and would be a wise acquisition for people with certain back conditions. I would suggest that you ask your health care provider if an inversion table would benefit your particular back condition.
