Maintenance Mechanic / Millwright For over thirty years Noboco Styro Containers Ltd has been a leading manufacturer of Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) Styro Packaging for the seafood industry based in Campbell River BC. We would like you to consider an opening to join our maintenance team. Our employees work with highly specialized equipment built to manufacture and package an industry specific Styro box. Qualifications: Certified Millwright (BCTQ or Inter Provincial) 4th Class Power Engineer Certification an asset Experience: Demonstrated mechanical aptitude in: Shutdown repairs and overhaul Pneumatics, hydraulics, small electronic components and PLC&rsquoS Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain, troubleshoot and repair of all equipment, tooling and facilities. Provide technical support to the Plant Manager and Charge Hands assisting them in troubleshooting production problems. Install machinery and mechanical equipment Complete preventative maintenance work on machinery Co-ordinate, further develop and implement the Preventative Maintenance Program Benefits: $31.98 to $34.28 per hour Medical, dental and extended health Annual RRSP Contribution of 9.5% of annual gross wages Power engineering premium paid for those with 4th class or higher.
