$1,400 · Mature couple and their 2 cats seeking rental

My partner and I are moving to the Comox Vally for March first. He has secured a full time position as a journeyman electrician and I will be working down town Courtenay as an acupuncturist in an established clinic. We come with these 2 adorable little floofs. The cats are just over 2 years old, indoor cats only and are both fixed so theres no peeing/ yowling / irritating cat stuff. They are only love :) We are both very quiet people - we listen to a bit of music while we're cooking sometimes but the tv is almost never on. We would love to be somewhere that is also quiet so we can focus on meditation and living mindfully. We are quite minimalist and keep our living space clean and tidy. We arent very fussy about where we're located as theres perks to being both in and out of town. We are fine with a suite or an apartment. We would like to spend no more than $1400 for everything included if possible. We are currently on the mainland and don't think we will be able to make a trip before the move in date so if we could do a zoom meeting to view the place that would be really appreciated.
