$650 · Single Person Looking for An Affordable Rental

Hello/Bonjour, I am a professional who has just returned to the island (seeking to be of service) and I am in search of an affordable "quiet-space" to call my own. I am good with animal-friends, but I do not have one of my own. I do not smoke, drink alcohol, consume other drugs or play loud music. I rarely watch television. I prefer reading and being outdoors. However, internet would be a necessity as I have a lot of homework to do most of the time - I am writing a book. I am unlikely to have guests come over. I would prefer in the countryside, if possible. Or, if there can be an arrangement where the rent is reduced by allowing me to help you in various ways (e.g. tutoring, yard-work, rides, shopping, etc.). Thank you, Martin.
