Purchasing/Administration: * Produce purchase orders, repair purchase orders, lists, reports and related documentation with attention to detail, thoroughness and accuracy * Process Inventory Transactions/Projects/Reconciliations such as: o Receiving aircraft parts drop shipped to Campbell River destined for A/C. o Issuing of parts to aircraft. o Returning parts off of aircraft. o Packaging and shipping of parts. o Preparing Packing Lists for shipments. * Consistently be proactive and ensure timely delivery of all inbound and direct shipments * Communicate any issues to purchasing/admin as required * Locate product in yard/warehouse, inspect for quality and confirm quantity Reports/Administration: * Produce accurate inventory and operations inventory list(s) * Respond in a timely manner to requests for assistance from Operations * Participate in training and cross-training initiatives * Coordinate with crews transiting through Campbell River on crew change days to ensure parts and supplies are sent to the appropriate aircraft * Organizing and stocking consumable cabinets/shelves * Organizing of special Tools and Equipment * Hangar organization/clean up Pre and Post Maintenance * Stocking service vans and trailers in accordance with VIH inventory lists prior to dispatching to job sites.
