Vinyl Decking Installer and helper 2 positions

Busy vinyl decking company that has a large job with 40+ decks to cover starting soon. Most of the work is in courtney with some jobs in campbell river. Ideally you would have experience in vinyl decking or single ply roofing membranes. If not I'm looking for somebody who is not careless and takes pride in their work, and isn't lazy, it's not super hard to install vinyl, but if one little thing isn't perfect then the vinyl must be taken off and thrown away and redone. Who also is a steady worked and can handle doing tasks on their own. I'am willing to train the right person. And wage is negotiateable on experience. I would love to hire a young tradesperson, that is eager to move up in a company and willing to be trained, this is a physical job, but it's very safe and there's not alot of heavy lifting like roofing. Duties for the helper would included preparing the decks and hopefully installing the metal drip edge. Using a sander, and planner and all aspects of the installation process. I'm a very fair and honest level headed person/boss and am only looking to hire like-minded people Unfortunately I will only be able to relpy to those that I would like to have a telephone interview with.
