Hello, I am a mature female who is nearing 40 and my partner is in his late 50's, We have a daughter who is 6, We have no pets nor do we smoke, We are looking for a longerm rental. We don't want to share a home or rent a townhome/duplex! We want our own dwelling, A full home or a condo also will do depending on the type. We have rented off realtors in the past, Rental property agents also. We have good references! My partner has taken early retirement and I owned health food stores in my past but 6 yrs ago I had to take a leave to beable to take care of my crippled mom, That became my fulltime job! Sadly she has recently passed away on me and I will be looking to go back to the workforce but there is no rush as I have money in the bank with plenty savings! So rent being paid on time is clearly not an issue! We are a wonderful respectful family who would treat your home like its ours! We want a nice clean rental so we can be happy and enjoy it for years to come...We are looking for a rental ANYWHERE basically on vancouver island!
