Experienced Painters Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities available Pay: $17-$25/hour (based on skill/years of experience), plus incentives! Does this sound like you? You are an energetic, hard-working, responsible team player who loves a fun and challenging environment and takes pride in your work. You have a proven customer service track record along with strong painting skills such as prep skills, masking, good brush/rolling technique, and spray experience, to name a few. You bring a positive attitude to everything you do and want to see things done right because you care about making customers happy. You also have a desire to learn and develop valuable skills while working in a variety of work environments and are driven to hit goals/deadlines. What you’ll do: Communicate with customers with a “How can I help you?” attitude. Rep our brand loud and proud as a friendly, uniformed painter. Work effectively with our big crews that start and finish on time. WOW customers with professionalism and exceptional communication. Prepare, paint and clean-up jobs efficiently with a focus on detail. Celebrate individual, team and company successes with team events. Safely work on step-ladders and extension ladders (you’re okay with heights right?) Strive to consistently meet goals and deadlines. Maintain open availability to work.
