Family of 4-5 looking for a long term rental Home by Sept 2021 We are Non smokers, no drugs, no parties.. we are Quiet respectful people looking for a chill, healthy and pleasant environment to live in. My family lived in our last home for 15 years. We moved because the owner sold to developers. We have been in our current home for 2+ years.. it was supposed to be a long term rental but the owners partner has gotten cancer/stage4. So the house has been sold to private buyers and we are now in need of a new home ASAP. We will have about 3 months to find something that works. We have pets (well behaved and Healthy) who are our family. We will need a landlord who supports and understands the value of furry family members. We are flexible to live anywhere on the Island, Tho Victoria being most ideal to access our doctor and other important things. Even the lower Mainland as a last resort would work. The house would need to be for a single family dwelling. No town homes or apartments. Duplex would work if we can't find a single dwelling house... possibly lower Suite if it has full access to the Yard. I own my own washer/dryer/lawnmower/weed whacker and 1 Fridge/Deep Freeze.
