Position: Facility Manager The Filberg Heritage Lodge&nbspand Park are seeking a&nbspFACILITY MANAGER This full-time permanent position (37.5 hours per week) requires the successful candidate to work weekends. The Facility Manager will carry out restoration and maintenance duties in accordance with the organization's mission and vision while residing on the property as part of the employment agreement. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Facility Manager is responsible for ensuring the maintenance of the outbuildings and the Lodge. The Facility Manager will ensure that all buildings and areas are cleaned and well-maintained for Park users. The Facility Manager will be the main point of contact for the set-up and tear-down of community events, weddings, and concerts at the Park. Residency in the Park, in the provided accommodation known as &ldquothe Cottage,&rdquo is a requirement of employment. The rental of the Cottage depends on employment; if employment ceases for any reason, so does residency. The accommodation will be reflected in your bi-monthly pay statement and is a taxable benefit. Electricity, water and access to laundry facilities in the Lodge are also included. Contents insurance for personal belongings is the responsibility of the resident. The Employee will sign a separate tenancy agreement for the Cottage. We are accepting applications until May 15, 2023, at 4:00 pm.
