I am a single professional woman with an older small and quiet dog looking for a short/long-term lease (6 months+) in the Comox/Courtney area. I am a landlord myself so I understand and respect concerns about leasing properties. I am looking for a small 2+ bedroom home that is small dog friendly. I would be willing to sign up to a one-year lease beginning October 1, 2015.
