This handsome man is looking for a new place to call his own! Ranger is a very sweet boy that is ready to be the star of your world and your heart! He has been very well behaved for us during his time here, and would make a lovely companion to someone who has plenty of time to be with him. Ranger seems to do very well with new dogs, and wags his tail in excitement as he greets others. He absolutely loves his sister, and however they are not bonded, we think he would really enjoy spending his senior days with her by his side. However we think he would do just fine on his own or with other dogs already in the home. Ranger does suffer from chronic ear infections and will need continued care and treatment to help make him more comfortable. He is also on a medicated diet, and would benefit from a life long diet of this to help keep his ear and skin irritation to a minimum. He doesn't seem to have much interest in toys, but has enjoyed some Kong wobbles that he can tip over and dispense treats out of! He is still learning house training at his age, and could use some guidance with training and frequency to help him develop his skills. This sweet boy can be initially a little timid of new people, but can quickly be won over with rubs, love and some sweet words. He is a fantastic dog that will make some family very happy to have him.
