The house is bout 3/4 of the way along in construction, but furnished and completely functional & cozy. Lots of space for guests to spread out! Yoga mats available for use. Laundry and a 2 person soaker tub/shower. It is pet friendly and has a large outdoor space for dogs to run. The house uses a composting toilet, and is heated entirely with an efficient Pacific Energy wood stove, and a small electric "wood stove" style heater when needed for the colder spells. Access to an outdoor faucet and hose for spraying down mountain bikes, and a large outdoor covered workshop with a 4' x 8' work table for bike maintenance. * Please note: Not suitable for children under 12 as there are still temporary railings on the deck and no stair railing to the loft area.
