$475,000 · Wanted: Rancher style home in Comox Valley or Campbell River

I am looking for a home for myself and my mother in the Comox Valley/ Campbell River. I am looking for a small rancher with at least .2 acre lot. Budget is $475,000.00 I moved to the Comox Valley in December 2019, and since then I have had to move rentals over 10 times while working 2 jobs. It has been extremely challenging. Because of this, no one will appreciate your space more than I will! I grew up up in the country on Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia so I am looking for a quiet place to call home that is surrounded by nature. I am an only child who looks after her mother so she will be sharing the house with me. We are both looking forward to a peaceful place where we can enjoy nature and garden!
