Looking for 2 bdrm Qualicum area

Looking for a 2 bedroom rental for my 13 yr old daughter and I. Would love a semi rural cottage with our own outdoor space. Former home and rental property owner for 25 years, now stuck in this crazy rental market due to a long, drawn- out divorce. My daughter has been through a few moves because of this, I'm hoping to find somewhere we can settle down so she can make some new friends. Her best friend is her little mini, currently boarding but would love to have him with us when we move. He's an absolute sweetheart, doesn't need a huge area and I'm more than willing to put up fencing if needed. This definitely makes finding the right rental more difficult but he means so much to my daughter and has been the best thing for her during a difficult time. I can provide a great current 2.5 yr rental reference, good credit, no smoking or drug use. Hoping to find something close to my oldest daughter and little grandson in Qualicum.
