Hello. My name is Sandra Stessun. I am new to the Comox Valley. I am a registered Occupational Therapy. I have 25 years experience teaching health, wellness and fitness. I am certified in Stott Pilates (mat and reformer). I teach posture, joint alignment and strength and stability through teaching core, pilates and functional Movement. I work with clients of all ages and ability levels. My work encompasses rehabilitation therapy, functional and recreation training and I also work with athletes to improve their stability and strength with application to their sport. I offer private sessions ($95/hour) and semi-private sessions when available ($58/hour). Occupational Therapy is a valid medical expense through CRA. Masks are required throughout sessions.
