A vintage brown Featherweight Flaxite Fibre trunk with leather protective corners and brass clips and lock. The leather handles are intact and working one clip is missing, there is no key. This trunk has travelled and yet is still in great condition likely due to the bentwood strapping and steel plating giving protection. Witch Antiques has clarified that the vintage brown featherweight flaxite fibre trunk is genuinely of the period declared with the date/period of manufacture being 1940.
