Check out what we do at www.foamshop.com We are hiring at our Courtenay location. We are looking for one more team member to start as a part time sales associate. Wages and growth plans are negotiated based on your experience. We provide all training, offer competitive rates, and an opportunity to excel in our growing company. Store hours are 9:30am - 5:30pm, Tuesday to Saturday. *Your shift would be two days a week, on Tuesday's & Wednesday's 9:30am - 5:30pm. Perfect for students or someone looking for casual work. Responsibilities Cut and shape foam products to the specifications of our customers Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service Build productive trust and service relationships with customers Requirements Proficiency in English (both verbal and written) Solid communication and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices Customer service focus Physically fit Basic mathematics understanding including fractions and decimals Strong organization and multi-tasking capacity Please stop by our Courtenay location and drop off a resume, or please email your resume to sales@foamshop.com, Subject Line Attn: Hiring Manager, Courtenay Position.
