Looking for a cozy and affordable place to call home in beautiful Comox Valley, BC? Look no further as we have studio units ready for single occupancies to move in on October 1st or 15th, 2025. Our units are smoke-free environments priced at $1,000 per month, plus utilities. Parking is an additional charge of $25. A one year lease is required. To qualify, your gross annual income should fall between $30,000 and $84,780. Security and pet deposits are half a month’s rent each. Proof of income and landlord references will be required. We encourage all to apply but preference will be given to those who self-identify as Indigenous. We’re also pet friendly!
