All rentals must be completed on or before November 30, 2022. *Minimum age required *No Pets *NON-SMOKING (of any kind) Start and end dates flexible making these units the ideal solution if you don't want to get tied into a longer-term rental agreement. Units return to nightly rentals as of Dec. 1st, 2022 for winter ski season. These units are ideal for those awaiting possession of a new home, re-locating to the Comox Valley and searching for a new home (to rent or buy), building a new home and awaiting Occupancy or for those on short-term work contracts in the region ie- health professionals, military, construction workers, etc. These units are also perfect for those visiting the island for a longer vacation (minimum 1 month) and want a home-base while exploring the island? This is a great and affordable way to do that. Units are FULLY FURNISHED and include wifi, utilities, in-unit laundry, gas fireplace, balcony, drive-to access, elevator access, 1 underground parking spot (height restrictions apply) and/or outside parking, and common area sauna (Covid restrictions may apply). Units are ideally located at the Resort and are bike-in/out to lifts and hike in/out to incredible trails in Strathcona Park and at the Resort. Excessive use of hydro will be extra. References mandatory (employment, past/current landlord(s) and personal). Linens not included. Rates vary depending on size of unit, number of guests, etc. Exit Clean Fee and Damage Deposit are EXTRA and non-negotiable. Mt.
