Have new bike rack so selling this one. 1 1/4 inch stem to fit smaller receivers but can be accommodated on 2 inch receivers with extension. Rack has cable locks built in and comes with locking pin for hitch. Has arm extension for working on bike plus a plate that will secure to a bench to allow working on bike at home. This rack will accommodate two bikes up to 60 lbs each.
